Abstract

The properties of high-energy cosmic-rays are used to discuss the possible existence of new particles and the behaviour of "fireballs". The problems of the possible occurrence of antimatter in galactic cosmic rays, of their confinement in our galaxy and of their relationships with neutron stars are considered.
