Abstract

Two-dimensional correlated experiments have been performed on an oriented spin system of the type AA'BB'. It is demonstrated that such experiments lead to detailed information on the symmetry, origin, and connectivity of various transitions, yielding information on spectral parameters. The flip-angle dependence of various intensities in the two-dimensional spectrum is analysed. A multiple-quantum pathway description is introduced to explain the flip-angle dependence of the intensities of various lines in two-dimensional correlated experiments.
