Abstract
By comparing the behavior of the lines 2262, 2053 and 2027 in the mercury arc at a low gas pressure is the line in 2262 as a transition been interpreted. The constant difference in 1457 between the wave numbers 2262 and 2339, which recurs in a number of cases resulted in the identification of four 2 D-terms, which belong to the configuration 5 d 9 6 s 7 s, and a 4[`(P) ] found P-terms. With the help of the new terms could be arranged 76 more lines.
