Abstract

X-ray, d.c. magnetisation and a.c. susceptibility measurements in FeNiCrO4 support the earlier Mössbauer result that the Fe3+ ions are located on A-sites and the system is a "frustrated ferrimagnet" showing coexistence of frustrated (entropie) and ferrimagnetic spins for T ≤ Tc.
