Abstract
Dyes containing sulphonylazido, carbonylazido, arylazido and azidoacetamido groups have been synthesized. These dyes react chemically with synthetic-polymer fibres, such as polyester, nylon and cellulose acetate. Their dyeing and fastness properties are discussed.
