Abstract
We discuss the resolution of gauge bosons as composites in relation to quark/lepton subtructure in theories incorporating the grand unification idea and show how it will a 101±2 TeV inverse size scale in case the proton is observed to decay with a lifetime not much longer than the present lower limit.
