Abstract

The thermoelectric power (TEP) behaviour in the temperature range 2-300 K is investigated in the pseudoternary system CeRh2−xNixSi2, in which the interplay among magnetic ordering, heavy fermion and mixed valence phenomena is recently established. The present study provides a way to the understanding of the TEP behaviour in Ce systems, where several phenomena compete.
