Abstract

We report the epitaxial growth of cubic Zn1-χ Cdχ Se (0≤ x≤ 1) and Cd1-χ Mnχ Se (0≤ x ≤ 0.8) on (100) GaAs. attempts at growing modulated structures involving these materials. Structural and optical characterization of the epilayers and superlattices is discussed.
