Abstract

The acidic portion of the oxidation products derived in the estimation of the trisaturated glycerides is made use of in experimental determination of the mono-, and diazelao-glycerides. The method consists in determining the saponification value of the mixture of the two and that of the diazelaoglyceride which can be extracted free from the monazelao-glyceride.
