Abstract

From the peels of Citrus mitis Blanco., two new flavanones, Citromitin (5,6,7,8,3′,4′-hexamethoxyflavanone) and 5-O-desmethylcitromitin (5-hydroxy-6,7,8,3′,4′-pentamethoxyflavanone) were isolated by extraction with petroleum ether.
