Abstract
Diorganotin(IV)bis (dialkyldithiophosphates), R12Sn(R-dtp)2, (R1 = Me, Bu, Ph; R = Et, i-Pr, Ph; dtp = dithiophosphate), have been synthesised and characterized by dipole moment, conductance, analytical, i.r., n.m.r., and electronic spectral measurements indicating an ester type structure with a monodentate univalent dialkyldithiophosphate moiety.
