Abstract

Hot electron microwave incremental conductivity of n-InSb at 77°K in the presence of ionized impurity scattering has been calculated using a displaced Maxwellian distribution function. Theoretical results are found to be in agreement with experiments for high impurity concentration but significant discrepancy remains for lower concentration.
