Abstract
The asymptotic behavior of the nucleon form factor is investigated, treating the nucleon as the bound state of its two constituent particles interacting via the exchange of an exponential field. It is suggested that the result that the form factor behaves as t-1 for |t|→∞ could be interpreted as signifying the localizability of the exponential theory.
