Abstract

We compute induced second-class nuclear-β-decay form factors due to gluino exchange in the context of supersymmetric theories. In the exact symmetry the effects produced are as large as those due to the one-gluon correction to the weak vertex. In broken symmetry these form factors are small and are well below the first-class form factors if the constraint on the scalar-quark masses imposed by the small K1-K2 mass difference is taken into consideration.
