Abstract

The correlation contribution to the static-exchange interaction potential (ΔVSE) is an important quantity that determines the shift in resonance of electron scattering. This correlation part of ΔVSEpotential, known as constant term, has been studied for H2CO, H2O and F2 using coupled cluster singles and doubles approximation. Attractive and repulsive parts of this constant term for the target molecules have been analyzed.
