Abstract

Following the approach of a previous paper, the Clebsch-Gordan problem for the group SU(1,1) for products of the form D+⊗D- is related to properties of the pseudo-orthogonal O(2,2). A new understanding of the Clebsch-Gordan series for this case is achieved by analyzing the properties of O(2,2) spherical harmonics. The Clebsch-Gordan coefficients in a continuous basis are also calculated.
