Abstract

The critical behavior of the classical Ruderman-Kittel-Kasuya-Yosida model of metallic spin glasses in the presence of weak Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya-type anisotropy is studied by Monte Carlo simulations. Finite-size scaling analysis of the data for equilibrium averages and relaxation times indicates a finite-temperature phase transition. The values of the critical exponents are close to those obtained for the three-dimensional short-range Ising spin glass and in experiments on CuMn.
