Abstract

The cluster Ru3(CO)12 reacts with (4S,5S)-(-)-2-methyl-5-phenyl-2-oxazoline-4-methanol (HL) to give H2Ru6(CO)14(L)2; the metal framework consists of two triangles with weak interactions between two edges.
