Abstract
Insertions of a local vertex operator summarize the long distance effects of small wormholes. We compute, to leading order in Planck's constant and to all orders in the size of the wormhole, the vertex operators for axionic wormholes. We also compute the vertex operator when matter fields (scalars, spinors, and vectors) are included.
