Abstract
Self-diffusion coefficient D0m, interaction parameter (kf) and hydrodynamic radius Rmh of water insoluble PEO-PPO-PEO triblock copolymer (mol. wt. 2800) micelles in SDS micellar environment and vice versa were determined for the first time using cyclic voltammetric (CV) technique. The Rmh values obtained in present investigation by CV method are in good agreement with transport and DLS studies made by us recently. The half-wave potential (E½) of ferrocene in SDS micelles was 0.25-0.26 V. However, the above E½ values obtained in PEO-PPO-PEO polymer/SDS mixed micellar environments were in the range 0.45-0.50 V.
