Abstract
A one pot stereoselective conversion of cinnamoyl amide of L-leucine methyl ester to the corresponding structural analogues of bestatin was achieved by employing polyaniline supported cobalt(II) salen catalysed epoxidation followed by its opening with anilines at ambient conditions.
