Abstract

The unitary planar single-loop amplitude in critical dimensions of space-time with only the physical states propagating internally in the loop has been calculated for Ramond's fermion model in the manner of Brink and Olive using the physical-state projection operator for critical dimensions written by Corrigan and Goddard recently. The results differ from those obtained with an unprojected propagator by a factor involving certain partition functions.
