Abstract

Electrical conductivity of undoped and Pb-doped Bi2Sr2Ca2Cu3O10-δ glasses is reported in the temperature range 150-450 K. The temperature dependence of the conductivity can be interpreted consistently in terms of nonadiabatic polaron hopping theories proposed for amorphous semiconductors.
