Abstract

Background Itraconazole (ITZ) is an alternative to steroids in the treatment of allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis (ABPA) but therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) is warranted due to erratic absorption and early relapse. Aim To correlate serum ITZ levels with clinical outcomes in ABPA.
