Abstract

We discuss the dynamic multiscaling of velocity structure functions in fluid turbulence and contrast it with the dynamic scaling of correlation functions in critical phenomena. We then outline our study of the dynamic multiscaling of velocity structure functions in the Gledzer-Ohkitani-Yamada shell model for fluid turbulence.
